1. Not a Licensed CPA Firm

Quattro Research Group (“Quattro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is not a licensed Certified Public Accounting firm. The principal of Quattro Research Group is a CPA candidate currently in the process of completing CPA licensure requirements. CPA examination completion is targeted for Q3/Q4 2026.

2. Tax Preparation and Signing

Quattro Research Group prepares tax returns and related tax documents on behalf of clients. All tax returns prepared by Quattro Research Group are reviewed and signed by an independent, licensed Certified Public Accountant prior to submission to any taxing authority. Quattro does not represent itself as the signing tax professional on any client return.

3. Not Legal Advice

Nothing on this website, in any Quattro communication, or in any Quattro deliverable constitutes legal advice. Quattro does not provide legal services. Consult a licensed attorney for legal guidance specific to your situation.

4. Not Investment Advice

Financial models, projections, analyses, and reports produced by Quattro Research Group are for informational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, securities recommendations, or a guarantee of financial outcomes. Past financial performance does not guarantee future results. 5. Accuracy of Financial Information

Quattro Research Group relies on information provided by clients to prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses. Quattro does not independently audit or verify client-provided source data. Financial statements prepared by Quattro are “compiled” in nature — they are not audited or reviewed financial statements as defined by AICPA standards unless expressly stated in a signed engagement letter.

6. Client Relationship

An accountant-client relationship is established only upon execution of a signed engagement letter between the client and Quattro Research Group. Submission of a contact form, email inquiry, or consultation call does not create an accountant-client relationship or any confidentiality obligation on the part of Quattro Research Group.

7. Confidentiality

Client financial information provided to Quattro Research Group in the context of an active engagement governed by a signed engagement letter is treated as confidential. Quattro Research Group does not sell or share client financial data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill the engagement (e.g., sharing prepared tax documents with the signing CPA).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quattro Research Group's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms and all engagements with Quattro Research Group are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to This Disclaimer

Quattro Research Group reserves the right to update this disclaimer at any time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
