1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (contact forms, intake forms, engagement communications), information necessary to perform services (financial records, bank statements, tax documents), and standard website analytics data (page views, session duration — no personally identifiable information in analytics).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information solely to: (a) respond to inquiries, (b) perform contracted services, (c) communicate about your engagement, and (d) comply with legal obligations. We do not use your financial data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond your engagement.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal or financial information. We share data only: (a) with the independent licensed CPA who signs your tax returns, (b) with third-party tools necessary to perform services (e.g., accounting software, secure document storage), and (c) as required by law.
4. Data Security
Client financial data is stored using industry-standard encryption. Access is restricted to Quattro personnel directly involved in your engagement. We use secure, encrypted file transfer for all sensitive document exchange.
5. Data Retention
Active client records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven (7) years, consistent with IRS record-keeping requirements. Upon client request and after the retention period, data is securely deleted.
6. Your Rights (CCPA / Applicable State Law)
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements), and opt out of any data sale (Quattro does not sell data). Submit requests to privacy@quattrorg.com.
7. Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies for session management and analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.
