Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Quattro Research Group website or engaging Quattro Research Group for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Described

Quattro Research Group provides bookkeeping, financial reporting, financial modeling, tax preparation support (with returns signed by a licensed independent CPA), and strategic financial advisory services to small and mid-size businesses.

3. Engagement Commencement

Services commence only upon execution of a signed Engagement Letter and receipt of the required retainer or deposit payment. No work begins without both conditions being met.

4. Payment Terms

Monthly retainer fees are due on the 1st of each month. Project-based engagements require a 50% deposit before commencement and the remaining 50% upon delivery. Late payments beyond 10 days may result in service suspension. Accounts 30+ days past due are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee.

5. Intellectual Property

Financial models, templates, systems, and proprietary tools developed by Quattro Research Group remain the intellectual property of Quattro Research Group. Client-specific data, reports, and deliverables prepared exclusively from client data are the property of the client upon full payment.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a monthly retainer engagement with 30 days written notice. Quattro reserves the right to terminate immediately for non-payment, fraudulent information, or violation of these terms. Upon termination, all client data and deliverables are provided to the client in standard format within 15 business days.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely financial information. Quattro is not responsible for errors in deliverables arising from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided data.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from a Quattro engagement shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the State of New York.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the signed Engagement Letter for each specific engagement, constitute the entire agreement between Quattro Research Group and the client.
